Tardius - Biodynamic rosé wine - 2022 - Vin de Pays des Maures

A candy pink dress with a very slight purple reflection. On the nose of the notes of redcurrant and blackcrew, at the ventilation, we guess an almost smoked side, in the mouth a fairly soft attack, a slight tension balances the wine with a good length. A gourmet and structured wine that can replace a red on the table. A long-ageing rosé for special occasions

Rather deep pink with a bright hue. Primary aromas of freshly crushed berries, plum, cherry and mild spices. Rounded palate with a supple and juicy texture, a fresh backbone of acidity with a mild tannic presence and rounded finish.
