Silice blanc 2020 is a golden-colored wine. On the nose, this white wine is marked by aromas of white flowers, fruit, white flesh and jasmine. This white wine is mineral, marked by a light chalky taste and good roundness on the palate. An easy-drinking white wine.
This wine is a delicious accompaniment to salmon gravlax, white fish with citrus acid butter or seafood risotto.
Château GASQUI presents the cuvée Silice in Biodynamic White Wine, year 2020, Côtes de Provence (AOC). Our wines are produced organically, more specifically biodynamically, in the French department of Var, in the heart of the Provence region and the Provence Verte community.
