Corps & Âme - Biodynamic Red Wine - 2015 - Côtes de Provence

Château GASQUI presents the cuvée Corps et Âme in Biodynamic Red Wine, year 2015, Côtes de Provence (AOC). Our wines are produced organically, more specifically biodynamically, in the French department of Var, in the heart of the Provence region and the Provence Verte community.

Corps et Âme rouge 2015 is a ruby-colored wine with garnet highlights. On the nose, notes of spice, thyme, pepper, cocoa and tobacco. Its fragrance is reminiscent of the garrigues of Provence. This red wine is round and marked by candied fruit aromas. Good length on the palate.

This red wine is a delicious match for braised white meat or roast beef.
